I’ve been thinking about…making room for delight

I can’t think of a time where allowing myself to delight didn’t give way to better work, or unstick me when I was stuck...

On this week’s episode of IBTA, I’m continuing on from last week’s theme of staring up at the sky. This time talking about the importance of allowing ourselves to delight. That giving space for pleasure and delight is an integral part of our creative practice.

I share a list of the things that bring me delight. From riding my bicycle, to dancing in the kitchen, to reading poetry out loud and my love of singer Michael Bolton!
